Job Context:
∎ Looking for Customer service representative for USA based company
∎ NIGHT & DAY SHIFT 24/7.
∎ Job location: Dhaka (Mirpur DOHS).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make/take outbound call to USA to sell our product or service.
∎ We are looking for fluent English Speakers Only.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide solution and/or alternatives.
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The application should have experience in the flowing area(S): Call center, Customer support through phone.
∎ Need to be fluent English.
∎ Must be fluent in English conversation.
∎ Dynamic sales skill.
∎ Punctuality and committed to work.
∎ Self-motivated and hard working.
∎ Punctuality is a must.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Starting salary will depend on your requirement skill.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance.
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly.
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2.
∎ Highly attractive sales incentive from 1st month.
∎ Attendance Bonus: BDT-1500 Tk from 1st month.
∎ Dinner Allowance: BDT-1500 Tk after the 3rd month.
