Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Sale the product to the customer by over phone.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide necessary and effectively solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Take feedback from customer about service.
∎ Report manager for complicated issues.
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Call Center, Call Center Agent, Call Center Operation, Facebook or Messenger Answer Question Replay.
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
