∎ As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎
∎ - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and products.
∎ - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
∎ - Provide support for our education abroad services, including application processes and general information.
∎ - Collaborate with others to resolve complex customer issues.
∎ - Maintain a high level of service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
∎ - Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.

∎ Qualifications:
∎
∎ - High school diploma or equivalent;
∎ - Experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar customer service role.
∎ - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
∎ - Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
∎ - Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
∎ - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
