Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve the client's problem.
∎ Must be knowledgeable in Facebook (Social media), email & web chat.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding and Speaking English is Essential
∎ Computer & Mobile Literacy is Mandatory
∎ 01-year experience in Similar Field will be added advantage.
∎ Professional Qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing will be added advantage.
