Job Context:
∎ Customer Service Representative - Facebook Messenger Orders (Baby Niche)
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Handle orders and engage with customers through Facebook Messenger in the baby niche.
∎ Full-time position (9 am to 5 pm), with Fridays off.
∎ office is located in the VATARA, GULSHAN area.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, order requests, and product-related questions on Facebook Messenger.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by delivering friendly and helpful responses.
∎ Process orders accurately, following company policies.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Utilize product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
∎ Multitask by managing multiple conversations simultaneously.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Customer-centric mindset with a passion for satisfying customers.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
∎ Familiarity with the baby niche is a plus.
∎ Positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 21000 (Monthly)
∎ Depending on experience.
