Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, order requests, and product-related questions on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by delivering friendly and helpful responses.
∎ Process orders accurately, following company policies.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Utilize product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
∎ Multitask by managing multiple conversations simultaneously
∎ Generate new leads, and convert these leads into sales.
∎ Maintained CRM database, and reviewed accounts. Or Credit control.
∎ Report to management.
∎ Others as per management decision
∎ Minimum 1 years of CSR experience in a reputed company.
∎ Graduates preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
∎ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
∎ Proficient in inbound/outbound calls, negotiation, lead follow-up, and sales conversion.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, maintain good relationships, and manage customer satisfaction.
