Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline (Must be From English Medium Background - A level, O level)
∎ Applicants must have the ability to communicate fluently in native English with the customers they'll be serving.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound and outbound customer support for USA and European Customer.
∎ Answering Inbound calls from International customers
∎ Answer questions about our product and services
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service
∎ Address any questions or issues customers may have
∎ Making outbound telemarketing calls to promote and sell our service.
∎ Track and document calls and sales.
∎ Offer solutions based on clients' needs.
∎ Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
∎ Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or social media's.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat.
∎ Learn details about our product and service offerings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with USA and Europe experience prefer, but not required.
∎ Willing to work both at Night and Day Shift to match business hours in US time.
