Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Service Representative having good verbal communication skills in Bangla. Receive Phone calls, Client handle & ability to convince over the phone.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customers via phone and sale
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the order
∎ Provide information to questions about a product, pricing, and details
∎ Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
∎ Able to work beyond the office hour
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), telesales
