Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer calls and emails professionally to provide information about products and services
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
∎ Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
∎ Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
∎ Inform customer of deals and promotions
∎ The customer service area will be Amazon, eBay, and website-related

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Proven customer support of 1-year experience

∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills

∎ Fluency in English.

∎ Skilled in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel), Office Administration, System Administration.

∎ Honors in any discipline

∎ N. B: Honours in English/BBA and IELTS Score up to 6.5 will be given higher priority

Salary: Negotiable
