Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Our Bangladesh office has been operating since January 2014 at Banani, Dhaka. This post is looking for full-time employees with a positive attitude and a love for learning to join our day-shift positions in Customer Service - Ticketing Representatives and Order Managing - Quality Approval Representatives. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. All written responses to the customers and other team members must always be in a professional manner, so grammatical accuracy and correct usage of sentence structure are mandatory.
∎ Customer Service - Ticketing Representatives will be responsible for a wide range of duties:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide high-level internal and external customer support
∎ Can work under pressure and handle possibly agitated customers
∎ Delivery of proactive customer services in support of customer requests and concerns including but not limited to general information requests, issue resolution, and escalation/directing to the appropriate resources through customer support tickets, emails, and online chat platforms
∎ Other duties as assigned by the managers
∎ Previous U.S.-based customer service experience is a plus.
∎ Order Managing - Quality Approval Associates will be responsible for a wide range of duties after the training is completed:
∎ Have a strong understanding of our products and the entire order processing stages
∎ Focal point for inspecting the accuracy of all production preparation tasks to ensure only the quality work will be approved for the most optimal product outcomes
∎ Accurately schedule the production on order-by-order basis considering all internal and external aspects of each order such as production capacity, inventory level, order deadlines, etc.
∎ Able to work independently under manager's guidance and instructions
∎ Other duties as assigned by the managers
