∎ Typing all official documents as per as requirement. (Bangla typing is must)
∎ Experience on Promoting official page on facebook & boosting.
∎ Receiving visitors at the front desk by greetings, directing & announcing them appropriately.
∎ Answer, screen, sort & forward incoming phone calls & Email.
∎ Provide basic & accurate information via phone/Email.
∎ Receive letter, Packages & other documents & distribute them.
∎ Keep Calendars & schedule meetings & regulate on time.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures monitor logbook & issue visitor badges.
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling , photocopying, transcribing & faxing.
