Job Responsibilities:
∎ Brand Promotion:
∎ Expand Poshora potential client base and retain clients through brand promotion calls, SMS marketing and digital marketing campaigns
∎ Query Management:
∎ Handle customer brand and service queries/ orders through the hotline, website, app and social media
∎ Handle social media page activities and comments
∎ Client Lead Generation:
∎ Convert queries (inbound, outbound, social media, app/ website) to service/ sales orders
∎ Build loyalty client pipeline through regular communications (calls, social media) and campaign activities
∎ Connect with potential interested service providers online or through hotline and register them with Poshora platform
∎ Sales:
∎ Coordinate with Poshora service team to confirm, schedule and coordinate services before and during service days
∎ Communicate with client for relevant scheduling/ service status/ payment collections
∎ Customer Relationship:
∎ Maintain Poshora client database and CRM
∎ Create loyalty customers and Service Providers through regular customized communications
∎ Reporting:
∎ Regularly maintain accurate and timely sales information in database
∎ Collect customer feedback reports after each service or service improvement or customer complaints
∎ Prepare service declined report (e.g., reason, price, customers behavior)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proactive and with people-skills
∎ Detail-oriented and well-organized
∎ Good level of communication skills to create an impact
∎ Must have sales skills
∎ Positive attitude toward teamwork
∎ Minimum 1-year customer service experience
∎ Language proficiency: Professional fluency in Bangla (written, verbal); professional-level working knowledge in English (written, verbal)
∎ Previous experience with Social-media management preferred
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Range: starts from BDT 13,000; negotiable based on experience and role-specific skills.
