Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline from recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and receive patients and visitors at the front desk.
∎ Provide necessary information to patients and visitors as required.
∎ Maintain documents and reports of the front desk customer care.
∎ Be proactive in caring patients/visitors ensure utmost satisfaction
∎ Report to respective supervisor/ in-charge and assist in other tasks as required.
∎ Ensure application of internal controls.
∎ Maintain set duty roster according to the organizational policy.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility .
∎ Must have 2-5 years experience in Diagnostic or Hospital related specific job.

Salary: Negotiable
