∎ Location: Head Office, Shantinagar, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer social media queries professionally, providing accurate information about products and services or gathering details of complaints.
∎ Identify customers' needs, simplify information, research every issue and, maintain high level of customer satisfaction and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Maintain detailed records of customer queries, requests, and complaints, and analyze the data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments to accomplish necessary tasks.
∎ Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: Not mandatory. But relevant experience in Customer Service, Digital Communication (Social Media Communication), E-commerce will add value.
∎ Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends and management.
∎ Decent typing speed with accuracy.
∎ Excellent command over written English and Bangla.
