∎ Skills Required: Call Center Agent, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Service and Teamwork. High energy, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Support/ Client Service

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
∎ Maintain accurate customer records in our database.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
∎ Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and company policies.
∎ Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to those with prior customer service experience and good command of English.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant websites and software.
