Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain good relation and communication with Customer/patients and Doctors
∎ Sound knowledge about various types of medical Test
∎ Answer the patient's query and give the right information
∎ Bill receive and report delivery
∎ Well understand to read prescription
∎ Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
∎ Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
∎ Maintain customer databases
∎ Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
∎ Hand over the task to next shift colleagues who will have on duty.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Medical, Diagnostic, Hospital, Clinic.
∎ Should have Experience in Bill Counter, Customer Service
∎ Must have Sound Knowledge in computer skills (MS Office, Software, Internet)
