Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers and listening to their concerns and solving problems.
∎ Outgoing calls to provide product and service information or solutions to customers.
∎ Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
∎ Complete call logs and reports.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Respond promptly to any inquiries.
∎ Maintaining important files and documents
∎ Additional tasks as given.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
