Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ "O" Level / "A" Level and IELTS at least 7.0 ( Will get extra advantage )
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Customer Service Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: Customer Service Management
∎ Skills Required: Call Center Agent, call center supervisory management, call center training

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision Management, Excellent customer service skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that -meet their objectives
∎ Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
∎ Develop and achieve sales through direct sales channels.
∎ Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
∎ Device business plans for all current and prospective business opportunities.
∎ Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Customer Relationship Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center ( Int.)
∎ Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Good command of Microsoft Office especially Excel for daily reporting.
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills in ENGLISH.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 36000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
