Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Online sales
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with existing and potential customers through social media platforms and over the phone.
∎ Solve their queries through the above-mentioned channels.
∎ Facilitate and clarify the customers with any query regarding any product, mostly through social media pages.
∎ Update the customers about any upcoming or newly launched product of PAL while answering to their questions.
∎ Answer all the client queries by the end of each of the designated shift timeline, each day.
∎ Facilitate and contribute towards the company's sales overall.
∎ Engage in any other relevant tasks delegated by Department head/ Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Selected candidates must have a FAST TYPING SPEED.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 17000 (Monthly)
