Responsibilities & Context:
Safely transport customers, staff, or goods to designated locations.
Provide courteous and professional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
Assist customers with loading and unloading items when required.
Ensure timely pickups and deliveries according to assigned schedules.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Maintain trip records, fuel logs, and delivery documentation.
Handle customer inquiries politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
