Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive all activities related to Customer Care Service
∎ • Receiving calls and taking orders.
∎ • Handle special requests and complaints of customers.
∎ • Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.
∎ • Job Nature: Full-time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Having experience on CALL CENTER will be an added advantage.
∎ • The candidates must be FLEXIBLE with time as the job is roster basis and often requires to work on evening shift.
∎ • Ability to maintain attention and complete assignments in time despite frequent stressful, emergency critical or unusual interruption.
∎ • Design effective training programs.
∎ Communication Skills Requirements
∎ • Strong verbal and written communication in English
∎ • Must be familiar with MS EXCEL & basic knowledge on Power Point Presentation
