Job Context:
∎ We are a German Multinational Company in business for 160 years catering to the Apparel Industry and Top-End Clothing Brands Worldwide. We have in-house State of the Art Vertical Production facilities in both Europe and Asia.
∎ In the event of expanding our team, we are looking for a "Customer Service Executive with Admin".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order handling of Apparel Accessories and follow up for the Production, as well as follow up the Market and Customers/ Buyers.
∎ Plan, prepare and implement monthly / quarterly / yearly strategic business plans.
∎ Follow up with the existing customers.
∎ Providing hands-on follow up of all daily Customer Service activities for the orders, starting from the development through order placements by the customers and shipment.
∎ Maintain communication with the Regional Office Team Members in India.
∎ Responsible to handle all process and approval steps as per company's Standard Operating System and work as per manuals & given standards.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all customers and represent company values at highest possible level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience 2 - 3 years or above in Customer Service in a reputed industry.
∎ Customer Service experience in an Apparel Accessory company will be an added advantage.
∎ Should have experience in order handling through Performa Invoice / LC / TT payments / final shipping documents & should know the process very well.
∎ Should have experience in shipping terms (CFR / CPT / CNF / Ex-works).
∎ Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.
∎ PC literate, MS office must.
∎ Excellent communication skills, fluent in English writing & oral.
