∎ Excellent negotiation & problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Professional attitude & appearance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibility will include taking inbound calls and chats with customers & solving their queries.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer and vendors through regular communication.
∎ We are looking for fluent English & Bangla speaking candidates who have call center experience.
∎ Work Time: 9am to 6pm (6 Days)
