Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, Excellent communication skill, Internet Browsing, MICROSOFT OFFICE
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering customer calls & inquiries
∎ Making calls to customer and keeping a record of their issues
∎ Collect documentation from customers
∎ Explain the customer issues to management to be solved
∎ Keep track of every client's issues and progress
∎ Follow up with management and clients until issues are solved
∎ Making overall service progress report
∎ Making files for each client (Softcopy and Hardcopy)
∎ Appointment-making and follow up
∎ Writing Team meeting minutes & follow up
∎ Maintain visitor's logbook
∎ Follow up on online and social media activities
∎ Apart from customer service work, the employee should have the mindset to do Other types of work, like front-line marketing.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skills with customers in appropriate accent.
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially excels for daily reporting.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ 6 months as probationary period.
