Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide accurate counseling over the phone. .
∎ Make and Receive Phone call.
∎ Prepare necessary document, fill out forms, and maintain file and records.
∎ Maintain positive relationship with client.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Receive and replay email via online.
∎ Other job responsibility may be entrusted to the applicant as per the requirement by the company management.
∎ Writing and presenting reports to clients and management.
∎ Should be able to self-motivate and work under pressure.
∎ Problem solving and analytical ability.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Candidate must have good communication and computer skill.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Self -motivated, Confident, Proactive and target oriented.
∎ Capability of convincing prospects.

∎ Have to work with under pressure.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision.
