Job Context:
∎ Shader bazar is an offline and online based grocery shop. We are looking for an Experienced & Efficient Customer Service Executive to ensure sales and after sales service to our valued customers. Please do not apply if you don`t have any experiences in a similar position
∎ Job Location : Dhaka ( Mohakhali DOHS, Badda)
∎ Work at office and Field
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
∎ Knowledge of customer service practices.
∎ Always knowledge in stock
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Quick response to customer inquiries and requests.
∎ Generate sales leads.
∎ Assist with placement of orders, delivers, refunds, or exchanges
∎ Manage large volume calls in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare & submit a daily reports on incoming and outgoing call
∎ Submit Customer feedback report to the management monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 - 3 year(s) of relevant work experience in Customer support will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Khaas food, Chaldal or any kind of grocery shop.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, E-commerce, Telesales.
∎ Good organizational skills.
∎ Ability to handle consumers with patience and politeness.

∎ Per month (12000-20000/-).
