Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, order requests, and product-related questions on Phone, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by delivering friendly and helpful responses
∎ Process orders accurately, following company policies
∎ Assist in preparing, verifying, and processing cargo documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), Cargo Manifest, and Customs declarations
∎ Provide administrative support for cargo operations, including tracking shipments, handling cargo inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely processing
∎ Addresses customer queries and concerns regarding cargo shipments, providing accurate information and promptly resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
∎ Maintain accurate records of cargo operations, perform data entry tasks, and generate reports as required to support operational efficiency and compliance
∎ Ensure that all cargo handling procedures comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
∎ Collaborate with ground handling agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movement and address any operational issues that may arise
∎ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or discrepancies related to cargo handling and documentation
∎ Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated with industry practices, regulations, and technological advancements
∎ Utilize product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations
∎ Multitask by managing multiple conversations simultaneously
∎ Generate new leads, and convert these leads into sales
∎ Others as per management decisions
