∎ The post of Customer Service Executive is primarily concerned with managing and dealing with the customers / prospective customers about our products and service. He / She will be responsible to provide / cascade detailed information regarding features and facilities of our products in a friendly and professional way.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing information for lands / apartments flats / condominium / interior design etc.
∎ Maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account
∎ Make phone calls to targeted customers, assess, and qualify for sales development.
∎ Answering customer queries through various social media platforms
∎ Arrange sales appointments and create sales opportunity
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
∎ Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
∎ Service to ensure understanding on customer's requirements
∎ Ensuring remedial and preventive actions are planned and executed in case of service failures and responding to emergency situations
∎ Taking extra care of VIP / group customers
∎ Ensure excellent customer services are extended to the customer

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Fluent in speaking English, Good communication skills
∎ Candidates must be smart, presentable, free of using local dialects
∎ Candidates must have interpersonal and anger management skills
∎ Candidates needs to be technologically and digitally sound / need to be tech savvy
∎ Working as a proactive member in a team
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere and honest
