Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process and follow up orders & provide timely and effective services to local and overseas customers.
∎ Prompt to respond customer inquiries and requests (via mobile and email communications) as and when required.
∎ Coordinate with relevant department to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers.
∎ Follow up and coordinate to clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance.
∎ Coordinate all relevant issues with customers also make sure to follow up payment from customers.
∎ Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standard.
