Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on query.
∎ Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
∎ Taking product orders from customers.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedback.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media.
∎ Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
∎ Perform any other relevant departmental tasks assigned by the supervisor/ higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Center Supervision
∎ Experience working in Call Center will be an added advantage.
∎ Have to be mentally strong as well as confident for performing this Job.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
