Job Context:
∎ HungryNaki.com Limited is the first Bangladeshi tech-based start-up providing on demand food delivery at customers door steps since year 2013. It`s been over 5 years the company with a vision of changing the way people eat is catering our growing customers pool. Orders are placed through its smartphone app or website that has local restaurants and their online ordering menu listed, from which it provides delivery using strong fleet of riders from restaurants to customers.
∎ Our primary focus is on customer experience, if you would like to work solving problems that you face as a customer, come join us on this amazing ride!
∎ Job Nature: Part Time (5 hours per day & 6 days a week)
∎ Office Timing: 11 AM to 3 AM (Late night & roster duty basis)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to communicate customer over phone to confirm orders
∎ Need to communicate with restaurants and manage orders on time
∎ Have to resolve issues related to customer and restaurants.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication in English and oral in Bangla
∎ Require flexibility with shifts and week offs. Looking for immediate joiners!
∎ Able to work under pressure

Salary: Tk. 60 (Hourly)
