Job Context:
∎ European company sender.net specializing in e-mail sending solutions is looking for a online customer service agent for an early morning shift.
∎ Working time:
∎ 4am to 12pm Sun-Thu.
∎ If willing, welcome to work 6 days a week for an extra bonus.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer questions via chat
∎ Explain product features to the customers
∎ Verify any bug noticed or by the customer and register it in our bugtracking system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in customer support for European or USA company is required.
∎ Skills Required: IT Support Service, Fluent in speaking English.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary for exceptional candidates can be higher and negotiated separately.
