Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, A Level, O Level
∎ Applicants must have the ability to communicate fluently in the native language of the population they'll be serving.
∎ Applicants must also have the ability to effectively use a computer, with proficiency in word processing and data entry being a plus.
∎ Applicants should be able to multitask efficiently, be goal-oriented and attentive to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team.
∎ Skills Required: Telemarketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Associate's main job function is to provide excellent customer service by giving appropriate and accurate responses to customer queries and to handle/resolve customer issues while meeting quality, productivity and schedule adherence performance standards.
∎ Key Support activities to be performed include .
∎ Collaborate, follow up, escalate and track progress with various internal teams for faster resolution of order issues
∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls to support internal partners and customers
∎ The team will collaborate with the Service Delivery organization to assess tasks for new products and determine the appropriate work group.
∎ Provide volume, handle time and staffing assumptions associated with the tasks or products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work at Night Shift to match business hours in US

Salary: Tk. 70 - 120 (Hourly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
