Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ AR recovery.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions discussing with operation department and
∎ alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Prepare/ handle LC, PI,IP,UP,UD, EXP when necessary
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Ensure on time delivery with the help of operation department.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years proven customer support experience in Auto carton factory/ garments accessories industries.
∎ Good communication & presentation skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge in MS office.
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
∎ EPZ based customer dealings experience will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
