Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Incoming Calls Regularly, Performing Cold Calls If Required.
∎ Professionally Deal With Students And Parents Via Addressing Their Queries And Needs Through All The Available Mediums, Providing Essential Solutions To Ensure Their Satisfaction.
∎ Addressing Queries From Social Media If Required.
∎ Proactively Taking Part In The Policy Making In Service Delivery.
∎ Conducting & Providing Feedback On All Surveys Ordered By The Management.
∎ Invigilation/Duties For An Exam Room.
∎ Any other Ad-Hoc Responsibilities Assigned By The Administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years Of Relevant Customer Service Experience In The Ecommerce, Ed-Techs, Corporate Training Based-Organization, Or Relevant Service-Driven Organization.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal, Written, And Oral Communication Skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge In Operating MS Office And G-Suite Tools.
∎ Proactive, Target-Driven, Team Player, Organized Individual.

∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
