Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
∎ Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar leadership role in customer service.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to analyze data, understand customer trends, and develop strategies to improve customer service.
∎ Experience with customer service software, databases, and tools.
∎ Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
∎ Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence in customer service.
∎ The Customer Service Executive will play a crucial role in managing our customer service team and ensuring that we deliver outstanding service to our customers. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department, including team management, training, and performance monitoring. The goal is to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction levels and enhance our company’s reputation for exceptional service.
