∎ Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar leadership role in customer service.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to analyze data, understand customer trends, and develop strategies to improve customer service.
∎ Experience with customer service software, databases, and tools.
∎ Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
∎ Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence in customer service.
