∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Proficiency in using messenger platforms, email, and CRM software.
∎ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Calling customers to confirm their orders.
∎ Providing customer support via messenger platforms and email.
∎ Handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Communicating with customers to provide information about products/services.
∎ Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Collaborating with team members to improve customer service practices.
