Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job is a desk job wherein your immediate mandate will be to service our Institutional Clients for credit reports offering. Our customer service team is responsible for receiving service requests and catering to their request in a timebound and accurate manner. Your main job responsibilities will be as follows:
∎ Tracking real time service requests from Financial Institutions and responding to them with information requested within our service turnaround times.
∎ Collecting Primary Data through interviews with the corporate based in different countries
∎ Processing customer orders and maintain service delivery standards.
∎ Conducting online research to either aid in resolving any customer queries and/or obtaining information to populate the information.
∎ Capturing data into digital databases for daily sales monitoring and reporting.
∎ Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
∎ Providing marketing/sales support for the product as needed.
∎ Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the customers.
∎ Providing feedback on the activity and improvement parameters

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in client servicing preferred but not necessary. Experience in call Centre will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent internet skills and good knowledge of Microsoft excel.
∎ Good typing speed and ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately.
∎ Keen eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for extended periods.
∎ Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time.
∎ Ability to write professional emails and good interpersonal skills.
∎ Superior time management and follow up skills.
∎ Impeccable integrity, a high sense of urgency and ability to deliver under time pressure.
∎ Quick learner, detailed oriented, team player.
∎ Fluent in Bangla and working knowledge of written and spoken English. Knowledge about Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese will be an added advantage.

Salary:
∎ BDT 20,000 at the time of Internship. Internship will be for a period of 6 months. The salary will increase if confirmed.
