Educational Requirements:
∎ Education qualification H.S.C to above.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facebook Message conversation. Social media post create and post on different groups.
∎ Communicate with customers via phone. Provide information to questions about our service and details.
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the meeting schedule. Handle all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
∎ Maintain proper documents for reporting or call history and maintain complete and accurate.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.
∎ Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have clear spoken ability in English and Bangla.
∎ Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills
∎ Be confident and able to approach people.
Salary: Negotiable
