Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor/Master Degree from any reputed public/private University and major in any discipline. [Accounting & Marketing background preferable]
∎ English Background is Preferable;
∎ CGPA in both Bachelor and Master Degree should not be less than 3.00 in scale of 4.00.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing information for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export
∎ Service maintain and develop existing/new customers through planned individual account support
∎ Establish, make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify for sales development
∎ Answering customer queries through various social media platforms
∎ Arrange sales appointments and create sales opportunity;
∎ Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines Issuance of quotations
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
∎ Service to ensure understanding on customer's requirements
∎ Maintain good liaison with the customers for completing the shipment on time to smooth export and import.
∎ Follow up on the commercial invoice, packing list, and detail-packing list for export.
∎ Actively communicate with customer's commercial representatives and manage and solve any commercial issues.
∎ Ensuring remedial and preventive actions are planned and executed in case of service failures and responding to emergency situations.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Office Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The person should have: Very good knowledge of MS Office Program
∎ Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
∎ Track record of over-achieving quota
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
∎ Strong ability to cope with changing environment and should be self-motivated.
∎ Should have mentality to work in extra hours, "based on Company's demand".
