∎ One-day weekend.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather product knowledge to deliver proper information to customers.
∎ Daily contact with Valuable clients over the phone & face to face if necessary.
∎ Always be sincere to receive clients' phone calls, emails, and social media messages, Live Chat promptly and professionally.
∎ Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Support to organize product records, and manage vendors and suppliers with proper record keeping.
∎ Report day-to-day activities to the CEO.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good English and Bengali communication skill.
∎ Worked at Signage company will be given preference.
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving skills and able to established logical practical solution.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
