Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facebook and Social Media Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and order-related concerns received through Facebook and other social media channels. Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills while addressing customer issues and resolving them in a timely manner.

∎ Order Processing and Tracking: Assist customers with placing orders, verifying order details, and providing accurate information about order status and shipment tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
∎ Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products offered by Dhroobo Consortium Limited. Stay up-to-date with product features, pricing, promotions, and any updates or changes. Provide customers with detailed product information, assist with product selection, and offer recommendations as needed.

∎ Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to order discrepancies, product defects, shipping delays, or any other concerns. Coordinate with relevant teams, such as logistics or quality assurance, to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
∎ Customer Engagement and Retention: Engage proactively with customers, build strong relationships, and foster customer loyalty. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations by providing personalized assistance, addressing feedback, and offering solutions to enhance the overall shopping experience.
