Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound/Outbound Call support.
∎ Attending Website/Social Media Chat.
∎ Solving Customer Query.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Applicants must have a good knowledge of English and an eye for detail, as they will have to communicate with clients via live chat,social media chat, email & phone calls.
∎ Must be Fluent in Bangla & English
∎ Bangla and English typing skill required
∎ Good Knowledge on Internet Browsing.
∎ Having Negotiation & Convincing skills
∎ Knowledge on e-commerce.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
