Job Responsibilities:
∎ First point of contact for service offer, internal/external customers' query.
∎ Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service-related queries.
∎ Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Maintains customer records by updating information.
∎ Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Attend different queries.
∎ Always remain updated about service information, brand activities, and other information required to answer any queries of customers.
∎ Conduct different market surveys as per the requirements of the business.
∎ Any other assignments as advised by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
