∎ Must be smart, honest, and polite
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
∎ Positive mindset and willingness to learn

∎ Provide information about document and parcel delivery services
∎ Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
∎ Coordinate with international courier service providers for tracking and updates
∎ Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently
∎ Maintain and update the customer database regularly
∎ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly service targets
∎ Support the operations team with daily reporting and task planning
