Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic professional for the position of Customer Service Executive.
∎ Monday to Saturday ( 6 days).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge in Customer Service related to Service Industry.
∎ Would Be Responsible for Communication with clients for marketing & selling of goods through phone sales, sending Emails, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Assist customers with product price, delivery and quality related issues. Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.
∎ Sound knowledge in written and verbal communications in English.
∎ Handle the customer complains or coordinate with the relevant department to do so.
∎ Taking and entering e-Commerce customer orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience must be E-commerce related.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
