Job Responsibilities:
∎ Replying clients query/email within a few minutes.
∎ Finding answers and deliver it to the client.
∎ Documentation handling, scanning, preparing, organizing.
∎ Record keeping of all communication.
∎ Reporting to the managers on the progress of work.
∎ Follow up to the client and convert a query into the sale.
