Job Responsibilities:
∎ Always Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
∎ Responding Promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and team leader as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Fluent in speaking English, Good communication skills
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The person should have: Very good knowledge of MS Office Program
∎ Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
∎ Track record of over-achieving quota
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly) Depending upon Experiences & Proficiency
