∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
∎ Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.
∎ Maintain a strong knowledge of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
∎ Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues for analysis and improvement.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer problems. Continuously meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals. Identify opportunities for process improvement in customer support procedures. Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Quick learner.
∎ Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
∎ Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
∎ Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, if necessary.

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
