Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer.
∎ Have to handle each & every customer/client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Take orders from customers efficiently.
∎ Update customer and order information accurately on our database after every inquiry.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Should be expert on Google sheets, docs, excel, word.
∎ Must be good in Bengali Bijoy keyboard typing.
∎ Have to do other data entry related works given by the employer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years

∎ Candidate typing skill should be good enough as we require instant reply to the customer calls and customer queries.
